Change in Moroccan Telecom's governance structure
The Board of Directors of Maroc Telecom, meeting on June 19th, 2025, noted the change in the Group's governance structure approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on June 18th, 2025, whereby the dualist model (Supervisory Board/Management Board) will be replaced by a unified governance structure headed by a Board of Directors, in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
As part of this process, all members of the Supervisory Board have been reappointed as members of the Board of Directors, ensuring a smooth handover and continuity in the strategic oversight of the Group.
The newly constituted Board of Directors has confirmed Mr. Mohamed BENCHAÂBOUN as Chief Executive Officer of Maroc Telecom Group, a position he previously held as Chairman of the Management Board.
This governance reform is intended to enhance decision-making efficiency and consistency in the Group's governance, in a context of transformation and accelerated strategic development.
Maroc Telecom Group remains firmly committed to exemplary governance, which helps it perform well, innovate, and create value for all its stakeholders.
