Assessment of Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development ISO 26000

Maroc Telecom's commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility was recognized by the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) in 2014

This label reflects its adherence to universal principles of social responsibility and sustainable development, evaluated according to national and international standards such as ISO 26000.

Since 2017, Maroc Telecom has engaged an independent third-party expert to assess its CSR performance according to the ISO 26000 standard, with this evaluation process updated every 18 months. The results demonstrate an advanced level of maturity in integrating the principles of this standard.

Maroc Telecom’s CSR approach is also rated in unsolicited evaluations conducted by specialized agencies, based on the data published by the company. Maroc Telecom has consistently been rewarded:

• Nationally, Maroc Telecom is designated "Top Performers in CSR" by the Vigeo Eiris rating agency and has been included in the "Casablanca ESG 10" index of the Casablanca Stock Exchange since its creation, which includes the top 10 companies in social responsibility among the 44 largest market capitalizations in Morocco.
• Internationally, Maroc Telecom is ranked among the top 100 companies in CSR out of more than 800 issuers in 31 emerging countries.
