Maroc Telecom and ISO 27001 Certification

Maroc Telecom was certified ISO 27001 version 2005 for information security management in December 2007. This certification has been regularly renewed every three years since then. It covers all activities and sites of Maroc Telecom. In September 2015, Maroc Telecom successfully passed the transition audit to the 2013 version of the standard.

As part of its information security approach, Maroc Telecom has distributed a Quality & Information Security policy to all its employees, reflecting its commitment to protecting the personal data of its customers, employees, and suppliers, as well as a charter outlining the internal information security rules. It has implemented a risk analysis and management methodology that allows it to identify, assess, and control all information security risks related to the company's processes and activities.

Business continuity and recovery plans have been developed for all critical processes and activities and are regularly tested.
