Maroc Telecom Renews IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) Certification for its Internal Audit Activities

Maroc Telecom has obtained the renewal of its IIA certification for its internal audit activities for the period 2023-2025, issued by IFACI CERTIFICATION.

Maroc Telecom has successfully maintained its IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) certification for its internal audit activities, awarded by the IFACI Certification Committee (Institut Français de l'Audit et du Contrôle Interne), following the audit conducted in 2024.

The compliance rate of Maroc Telecom's audit and control activities with the requirements of the Professional Internal Audit Reference (RPAI version 2020) is 100%.

The IFACI Certification Committee praised the management of Maroc Telecom and the General Control Department, appreciating the dynamic progress in internal auditing at Maroc Telecom, with tangible advances in the improvement areas outlined during the renewal of the 2023 quality certification.

This certification is a recognition of the excellence of our internal audit and control activities, as well as a guarantee of our ability to maintain high standards and meet the most stringent requirements, paving the way for new opportunities and challenges.

It is worth mentioning that in 2017, Maroc Telecom was the first listed company on the Casablanca Stock Exchange to obtain this certification, thus ensuring that the company's internal audit activities meet strict criteria for independence and competence.
