Maroc Telecom deploys its telecommunications infrastructure to even the most remote regions, providing populations with access to essential services. High-performance energy-efficient equipment, suitable ventilation systems, energy-saving features, and specific materials for the construction of technical sites are part of the range of measures taken to optimize energy consumption.

Through the digitization of services (electronic recharge, online billing, digital communication, etc.), the digitalization of processes, and optimization measures during service design (e.g., reducing the size of the packaging and SIM card holder, introduction of eSIM...), Maroc Telecom significantly reduces its paper consumption.

Regarding end-of-life equipment, Maroc Telecom implements actions to manage and recycle each type of waste in accordance with current regulations and industry best practices.

As a partner of the Mohammed VI Foundation for Environmental Protection, Maroc Telecom participates in and supports various projects and initiatives, including the rehabilitation and maintenance of the Arsat Moulay Abdeslam Park in Marrakech, which has been transformed into a modern cyber park while preserving its authentic character. It also supports the "Clean Beaches" program and the Foundation's "Voluntary Carbon Compensation" program, contributing to national efforts to protect the coastline and combat climate change. Social Responsibility Reporting

Since 2009, Maroc Telecom has been producing social responsibility reporting in accordance with international standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), allowing for continuous evaluation of its performance. This includes a hundred social, societal, and environmental indicators, a large portion of which is published annually in the universal registration document.
