This certification is regularly renewed every three years. The scope of the certification covers all activities of Maroc Telecom: design, development, and launch of offers, marketing, installation and uninstallation, activation and deactivation, billing, collections, after-sales service, information and telephone inquiries for all mobile and fixed voice and data telephony products and services, for both individual and business customers. The certification also covers the company's support activities: planning, equipment, network operations and maintenance, procurement, human resource management, communication, and more. In December 2017, Maroc Telecom successfully passed the transition audit to the 2015 version of the standard.
