Moov Africa Central African Republic’s Mobile business is structured around prepaid and postpaid services, offering both voice and data packages. It also provides roaming for its Mobile subscribers abroad as well as for customers of foreign partner operators visiting the Central African Republic.

As of September 30, 2023, the Central African market had 2.6 million Mobile customers, representing a penetration rate of 51%.

In this market, only two operators are active alongside Moov Africa Central African Republic: Telecel Central African Republic and Orange Central African Republic. It should be noted that the operator Azur is in the process of liquidation.

Moov Africa Central African Republic’s Mobile base, almost entirely prepaid, stood at 253,000 customers as of December 31, 2023, an increase of 16.2% compared to December 2022. Moov Africa Central African Republic’s market share was 8% at the end of September 2023.
