Moov Africa Chad’s Mobile business is structured around prepaid and postpaid services, offering 3G/4G voice and data packages. It also provides roaming for its Mobile subscribers abroad as well as for customers of foreign partner operators visiting Chad. In 2021, Moov Africa Chad also launched its FTTH service. The subsidiary also offers an m-payment service under the Moov Money brand.

As of September 30, 2023, the Chadian market had 10.8 million Mobile customers, representing a penetration rate of 61%.

In this market, two operators are active alongside Moov Africa Chad: Airtel Chad and Sotel.

Moov Africa Chad’s Mobile base, almost entirely prepaid, reached 6.2 million customers as of December 31, 2023, an annual increase of 9.2%. Moov Africa Chad’s market share stood at 55% at the end of September 2023.
